Marriage License Signing
So, you want . . . No ceremony? No vows? . . . No problem!
Sometimes love is about getting straight down to making your marriage legal. If you and your partner have decided to skip a formal ceremony and just want to be married, I can help you with this. All you need is a location, two witnesses (you don't have to know them) and your marriage license from Missouri or Illinois.

A marriage license signing ceremony is an alternative to being married in the courthouse (and more convenient too!). When you have your marriage license paperwork, reach out to me and we can schedule a time in which to get together somewhere convenient (like a coffee shop, restaurant or park, or your home) to legalize your union. The whole thing will last as long as it takes for me to fill out the paperwork and have the two witnesses sign it.

Due to federal government regulations, two witnesses are required to sign the marriage license. This is a 30-second ceremony, the legal part only. I start with why we are here today and then I will ask each of you, “Do you take NAME to be your lawful wife/husband/spouse to love and to cherish from this day forth?” You each answer “I do” (if you have rings, you may give them to each other at that point), then “Congratulations! I now pronounce you married!”, you kiss and we sign. Yes, it really is that simple!
ELOPE IN KIRKWOOD FOR $75. A GREAT DEAL! Carolyn Burke is available anywhere in Kirkwood MO with a Missouri Marriage License (any county in the state). The fee for this service is due in full at time of scheduling. Available within a 7-30 day notice.
