The Client agrees that we may use still photographs for such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and website content.

FLOWER BOUQUET AND BOUTONNIERE TERMS:
Client has a choice of a bouquet and boutonniere shown on website.  A professional florist will make a bouquet and a coordinating boutonniere. The package price is not altered if Client decides to provide their own flowers or none at all.  Additional fees may be needed if a same-sex couple requires two matching bouquets.

MARRIAGE LICENSE :
Client understands that it is the client's responsibility to acquire a valid marriage license in the state where the wedding ceremony will take place and the marriage license must be on the premises when the ceremony is performed.  Client understands that failure to have these legal documents means that the wedding officiant cannot legally perform the ceremony and is under no obligation to do so.  The officiant may at her discretion perform a symbolic ceremony, which will have no legal merit, and may perform another ceremony in private for the Client once the legal documents are presented, for an additional fee.  Client will consult with the local court or city clerk to find the exact requirements for the client's area.

CANCELLATION and REFUND TERMS:
The agreement of the officiant to perform the ceremony is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by the officiant to find a replacement. Should the officiant be unable to secure a replacement to perform the ceremony, client shall receive a full refund. Client agrees that in all circumstances, officiant liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the performance fee and that officiant shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract.

$100 is non-refundable unless the officiant cancels the wedding.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:
If the ceremony includes a sand ceremony, unity candle, or any other special feature, the client is responsible for furnishing all equipment needed.

Officiant agrees to arrive at the wedding location listed on the Confirmation Email at the agreed time. Client understands that they must adhere to these times but officiant does understand weddings do not always go as planned and will accommodate for weddings that start later than scheduled, as time permits.  Officiant will allow for a 15-minute block of time to give plenty of time for unexpected delays.
